Tradition baked into every slice

Pizzaiolo making dough by hand

At Little Italy, we honor the centuries-old craft of true Neapolitan pizza. Our dough rests for 48 hours, our tomatoes come from the sun-soaked fields of San Marzano, and every pie is kissed by the flames of our hand-built brick fire oven.

Our pizzaioli trained in Naples, and they bring that same passion to every order. A blistered, leopard-spotted crust in just 90 seconds — that's the magic of fuoco vero, real fire.
